Framing is moving on the Duke retirement cottage, this is such a wonderful plan it is exciting to get to the results!

The Mathena insurance restoration is in process, these folks had electronics malfunction while they were away and their HVAC system kept their house at a toasty 104 degrees for over a month before they came home to discover it! Everything from the tongue and groove ceilings to wood floors, cabinets, windows and doors were all damaged by excessive heat. Our crew came and In one day demo'd everything that needed it, and in a second day had all the framing done (little changes the owners wanted), now on to putting it all back together!

The Leo mountain river retreat is coming along amazingly, final grading and interior wall and ceiling finishes happening now. Look at that beam work and blue and buggy ceiling!

The Straders now have more than twice the outdoor space!

Framing is moving along in these two jobs, just love watching these buildings grow from a patch of trees on a hill to big beautiful houses and garages. It is certainly a challenge to make beautiful things happen on the sides of mountains, but that's what we do!

On June 1st we pour a monolithic slab on a slope with a 4' stemwall for a garage, bypassing the steps of doing footing and wall, then pouring slab separate, if it can be done, one continuous (monolithic) foundation is much more secure and can save time!

As of June 22nd, The Kammerer porch enclosure project is complete and they are moving in! All hands in this project did excellent in making this flow with the original house, looks great! Enjoy, Charles and Vicki!

Bzura home in Blairsville is all wrapped up for CO, apart from some landscaping and a few interior punch out items, this ones a wrap! It'll be for sale soon, keep an eye out for this gem!

The Sofia complete gut and renovation/addition is coming down to a close! What a cool and fun concept, we took this small home that was originally, we believe, a pole barn converted into a house, gutted, added to it, threw in some pizzazz. Check out this deck with the recessed swim spa, yes, that's a stucco custom range hood! So many cool features to this home they will enjoy for a long time!
